I recently picked up this strange dual screen laptop from a Japanese junk shop in the Philippines for cheap. At first glance it looks like a fairly ordinary chunky yet small laptop, but a second display slides out from behind the first turning it into a surprisingly compact dual screen workstation. The one I picked up has an AMD Athlon Neo MV-40, 3GB of RAM upgraded from the original 1GB, and a 160GB hard drive.
Another interesting feature of this laptop is its built in Japanese 1seg digital TV tuner. This allows you to watch live television directly on the computer. I’m currently in Metro Manila in the Philippines and surprisingly I’m able to pick up news channels with it.
